Get rid of fear caused by ambulance chasing lawyers
Champion best practice with an innovation fund. Focus on prevention. Short term outsource waiting list work to the private sector or abroad. Charge for obesity and cosmetic surgery unless exceptional circumstances.

My serious question is Have I misunderstood dear John in his pronouncement of ‘GGB’ in the latest messages, for RESETT Defence and the NHS. The comments I have answered, and considered, and reconsidered, I now respond to the NHS ‘GGB’ firstly as the NHS:-
At 81 years of age married children/ grandchildren/great grandchildren, we are grateful for the services at first hand offered by the NHS Front line staff, who we all wish to support.
As the older generation I find the current political beliefs slightly disingenuous to the NHS in general.
We as a nation appear to ignore our younger population, in terms of employment within the NHS and concentrate on commonwealth and immigrant populations to fill the professionally tasks and welfare job responsibilities. Those we do train leave and forward a career in other nations. I ask is our nation relationships despicable/unfriendly for the individual ??
Do we personally say thank for a service, or have we lost our manners and leave society in general to say thank you???
Are we grateful to our, for our politicians off today, or are they out too much to feather their own nest,???
