My Last Laugh Looney Party blogs await the judgement of the electorate on July 4th. The wisdom of the voters might finally tell the politicians what to do with themselves🤡
Meanwhile my garden lays out a host of steps before me. Which one to take first ? —- the economy; NHS waiting lists; education; defence; crime; nett zero; immigration —- as many choices as there are tasks in my garden.
All with no money🤡
We need to mobilise the nation to lift us out of this era of gloom.
So let’s start with EDUCATION and let a thousand flowers bloom. Teachers and children need more support so ask every teacher to recruit one volunteer for a year. Somebody known to them, so that they can dispense with all the Department of Education vetting processes.
Oh and for a year we will suspend all the “ work” in the county education offices and the Department of Education and second them to do some real work experience in the schools that Ofsted has rated poor. 8,000 people work in the DoE and 3,000 in Ofsted. Thousands more work in the county back office teams, no doubt they will gain valuable experience being on the front line for a year.
The volunteers will wear a flower to show they are completing a year of National Service.
THAT’S A START.
Then the following year, hopefully some of them will wish to stay on and remain as volunteers. Others may wish to train to become teachers.
The back office staff will not be able to go back to “working from home” and will have to justify why they are needed at all, if the education world didn’t fall apart over their year of National Service 🤡

AS a LOONIE I the other evening watched Mr Nigel fararge, and his interviewer on a political programe on BBC1? Statemets where given, questions were asked??? But Where OH Where were the common sense solutions?
One could appriciate as a Ragamuffin of the LLLP that the greater conquest in this July 4 election day, was not the votes, But the appearance of all these Political leaders on TV prime time, with combed hair, shirts and ties, and formal dresses [for the ladies], and their personal importance of Prime Time TV, interupting euro FOOTball, wimbledon, and beat the chasers.
Potholes, education, working from home, watching TV at the same time, or being on the computer and viewing the ‘web’ trivia, talking to the screen or the wall in the ‘Nettie’ hoping to influance us all about real life, instead of going out and meeting real people, conversing, and appriciating the problems in the garden, after our spring time of rain, and now weeding, trimming the hedgerows, before the ‘gods’ desend and send us all unsettled weather, such that we have no harvest to look forward to??? But there again the LLLP are looking after one, and suggesting that this July 4th. 2024 will be a joyous occassion, when we reap the rewards of our votes, hopefully, and have a future of common sense, security, and welfair, education trimmed, so that the proposed tax rises as discussed/promoted will be economically and honestly discussed. A pound in the pocket will still be valued at a ÂŁpound not just pennies,p
Going back to the TV Programme interview with Nigel farage, there were some worrying features stated but not dicussed, such as the UK does not produce/manufacture goods/items any more, only financial services, and public office services such as NHS/care/education, we have not future ideals of what a career could be, we are just a nation of shop keepers. There again a mention was made of political ‘dogma’ and the troubles in UKRAINE/ RUSSIA and the Western world of Nato, and the middle eastern problems in Gaza.
A mixed bag of problems but not a thinking mind in polotics of how a s nation we can solve the issues, We appear as the UK Nation to be a doorstep for all the homelesss and immigrant populations of the world, no work to offer these people , or purposeful employment, other than welfare and support services to work in or gain experience in. No developement of personal skills making designing objects things of usefulness to make a better life, for us all, including the LLLP.

goodness gracious me! I am reading with enjoyment all the related voting items as commented upon by the LONG LOST LOONIE PARTY, and wondering if we the ‘OLD Farts’ are looking foreward to this up and coming general election.
I was just wondering if I propose a birthday type cake with a candle {To LiGHT and then sing all the verses of ###ON ILKLEY MOOR BAH TAT###] to celbrate the LLLP selection, of our governing parliament, and nominated ‘Prime Minister’.
What ever the experience we all will with the ‘LORDS Help’ grow a little day older, and hopefully wiser??? as for the government of the day as elected, i trust we will have common lots of sense, and not a collection of ‘associated FARTS ‘all passing wind!!
