What is the minimal cost of living to survive, and our the recievers ready to work for nothing to improve the conditions in this UK Nation economically and defence wise.

Burnham promoting as a life in the uk, Manchester is a large northen city,, but does this can this city provide the work and earnings and investment, that can ensure the UK stays a nation of security economically and defencively in this modern world???
